How to ensure quality, and how to deal with product quality problems?
Our products are inspected by the inspection department before delivery. For example, the fabric will have small defects, we will perform false cuts to ensure the continuity of the fabric, and will compensate the corresponding length.
We set up off-site storage, sealed and packaged the products, the outside was a carton, and was firmly pasted with tape, and finally a protective label was pasted on the carton. We cooperate with FedEx, UPS, and DHL to deliver products more safely and quickly, avoiding multiple loading and unloading during transportation that may damage product packaging and affect product quality.
When you receive the product, please inspect it within 15 days. If there is a problem with product quality, please take a photo and give us a text description, and we will confirm and negotiate as soon as possible.
How can I pay?
